Studied at City University of Hong Kong and Majored in translation, I was accompanied by many of the world's top translated books such as The Little Prince throughout my university years, and I have always been fascinated by the way in which the original language and culture are translated from the source. The translated language perfectly retains its cultural undercurrents and that is why I believe a good piece of translation is as powerful as branding a country.
I was awarded multiple times for achieving exceptional academic results. During my studies, I worked part-time doing Chinese-English localization for various companies and more than 60,000 of my words have found their way onto people’s smartphones.
Highlights from my college life include:
Awarded Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpretation
Received more than three Academic Excellence Scholarships
Participated Student Exchange Program in Taiwan
Been active in study trips during semester breaks
